Everything You Need to Know

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO BE PROCESSES AND SHIPPED?

We work very hard to process and ship our orders within 24hrs of orders being  placed. Orders placed on holidays and Saturdays after 2pm will be processed on the next business day. Due to covid -19 there may be some delays in shipping and estimated delivery times. 

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

Returns & exchanges:

We gladly accept returns. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery. We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We are happy to help.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)


Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


A refund can be processed within 24hrs after we have received your purchase. The product must be undamaged/ unused in any way and in original packaging. After we receive your item, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original form of payment used during checkout. Payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show with your financial institution. If the product is used or damaged you will not be eligible for a refund. If you any questions, feel free to contact customer support.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately we do not . We only ship within the United States.
